At Firebear, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every order. To maintain quality and efficiency, please review our return guidelines below:

1. Samples

  • Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable: Due to the customized nature of sample orders, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for samples.

2. Bulk Orders

  • Return Requests: For bulk orders, please contact our Customer Support Team within 60 days of delivery to discuss any issues.

  • Approval Required: Returns are subject to inspection and approval. Provide details (e.g., order number, photos/videos of defects) to help us resolve the issue promptly.

  • Refunds/Solutions: Approved returns may qualify for a replacement, credit, or partial/full refund, depending on the situation.

3. Conditions

  • Unused & Original Packaging: Items must be unused, and in original packaging for eligibility.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or specially ordered products (e.g., tailored fabrics) cannot be returned.
